Beginner Instrument Making

Description

Join teaching artist Skip LaPlante as he teaches the art of making of musical instruments from reusable materials. We will be constructing flute-like instruments, drums, and guitars made out of styrofoam and cardboard tubes. At the end of the workshop, we will explore ideas about how to use these instruments in a classroom setting.
