Materials for the Arts Director, Harriet Taub, was invited to participate in Coler Goldwater's Annual Residents’ Art Show on May 21st, 2008. The show "Melange of Materials”, featured the work of residents that particpated in a four week program using specific materials, most of them coming from the MFTA warehouse. The culminating show included performances by the Coler choir, Ron Becker, Coler's Director of Thereapeutic Recreation and tasty refreshments.

Margaret Lopes, who heads the Children's Unit at Coler gave Harriet a tour of the facility which was very impressive. Coler staff members are frequent shoppers at MFTA and really know how to maximize their trips.
