The Society of Illustrators, a MFTA recipient, held its President's Dinner and Hall of Fame Presentation on June 25th, 2009.   Anelle Miller, Director of the Society, came to the MFTA warehouse a few weeks before the event in order to get supplies to create decorations. Anelle and her talented co-workers - Julie, Kate, Tara and Jessica were able to use spools of trim, sequin honeycomb, material,  fabric paper and bamboo sticks and cardboard to create elegant centerpieces, place cards and table runners.  Anelle's guests were delighted by the look of the room and she estimates that she was able to save over $1000 by doing it with MFTA materials.
